Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with Slooh@Wanderlust, the yoga festivals of mindful living. Join Slooh’s Bob Berman and Ali Grimes in Stratton, VT as they bring the sky down to Earth for Wanderlust attendees. On June 20th, Bob and Ali will go old school, setting up telescopes on site for our special guests to look through while we provide color commentary. The following day Slooh will broadcast a live solar show from the mountain, our renaissance mission to bring back celebrations of the Solstices and Equinoxes. Here is the program for Slooh@Wanderlust.
A hands-on tour of the cosmos with emphasis on celestial legend and lore. We’ll face the direction that our galaxy is spinning, understand the universe’s expansion and wonder why a single object comes straight toward us instead of flying away. Led by Slooh Astronomer Bob Berman, renowned author and other world explorer, you’ll train your eyes through the looking glass and we’ll open your mind to a grand new perspective.
On the eve of the summer solstice, participants will get close up views of astounding celestial objects through a large telescope while Berman and Grimes explain why neither time nor space actually exist, why the universe is probably infinite and eternal, and why you should raise your consciousness to the ebb and flow of the night sky. Looking into the great beyond puts life on Earth in context like nothing else can. Come see yourself in a stellar light.
