We’re shucking off the frigid, snow, and downright dismal weather, and looking forward to sunshine longer days, and warmer temperatures as we move into a season of rebirth during the Vernal Equinox. Join Slooh on March 19th, as we celebrate the arrival of Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere, with our new partner, the Old Farmer’s Almanac.

The Equinoxes, both those in Spring and in Fall, not only shepherd in a brand new season, but also mark the two days a year when the day and night are equal. We’ll be joined by Slooh Astronomer, Bob Berman, who will tell us all about the phenomenon that makes this possible while gazing on live views of our Sun from Prescott Observatory in Arizona.

Plus, witness one of the most amazing sights in the night sky – the magical Northern Lights live from the arctic circle. We’ll explain this amazing natural spectacle as we watch high-energy particles from the Sun rain down and light up Earth’s upper atmosphere!

Get ready to learn and laugh as you join us for this special event!
